The Sphinx Organization is recruiting for a Manager of Leadership Programs. The position is a crucial one withing the organization, with the successful candidate being responsible for the operations and logistical management of SphinxConnect and other programs in the Leadership department, including but not limited to Sphinx MPower Artist Grants and Sphinx LEAD.

Responsibilities will include plan and coordinating all the logistical components of SphinxConnect, ensuring that the vision and impact of the flagship program are met. Alongside this, the candidate will oversee a team of liaisons and production staff to produce the annual SphinxConnect convening. Similar responsibilities are required for the MPower Artist Grant program and the Sphinx LEAD program.

This role is full-time and would suit a candidate in the early-to-middle stages of their career. The starting salary will be between $50k and $60k, and is accompanied by an excellent benefits package.

This position has the option to be hybrid. While the Sphinx Organization is based in Detroit, their programming is national and they are flexible about a candidate’s geographic home base.
