Candidates Announced for Inaugural Boris Goldstein International Violin Competition

The 31 opening round candidates have today been announced for the 2015 Boris Goldstein International Violin Competition, in Bern, Switzerland.

Launched by Professor Zakhar Bron, the inaugural competition will run from the 22nd to the 31st January, 2015 – with the 1st prize winner to receive CHF 15,000 (USD $16,000).

This competition's jury will include: Zakhar Bron, Yair Kless, Igor Ozim, Viktor Pikayzen and Ida Haendel.
