MondoMusica NY Lineup Announced – Including Zygmuntowicz and Salchow Seminars
The lineup for the 2014 MondoMusica New York International Strings Trade Show and Seminar – the United States’ largest exhibition of international violin makers and accessories, has been announced.
This year’s programme, hosted from April 10-12th in New York City, includes a seminar on ‘The Creation of Sound’ by world-renowned instrument maker Sam Zygmuntowicz, a highly anticipated presentation on ‘The Bows of Eugene Sartory’ by Isaac Salchow – and a must-see seminar on ‘Health and Wellness for Musicians’ presented by Performing Arts Medicine physicians Dr John Chong and Dr Shmuel Tatz.
Hosted by CremonaFiere, the producers of the renowned Mondomusica Cremona, last year’s inaugural New York event attracted over 164 international exhibitors, from 14 countries – and in excess of 2,500 musicians, instrument makers, teachers, students collectors and investors.
