The Prague Cello Quartet (PCQ) comprises cellists Jan Zvěřina, Petr Špaček, Ivan Vokáč, and Jan Zemen. They are known for their cinematic music videos and new arrangements of pieces across different music genres.

Their new disc, “Broadway,” which includes works from acclaimed Broadway productions, also features pieces such as “Roxanne” from Moulin Rouge!, “Heaven on Their Minds” from Jesus Christ Superstar, as well as their 2017 hit arrangement of the overture from The Phantom of the Opera.

The ensemble recently completed their sold-out “Broadway Tour,” around the Czech Republic promoting their new album. Originally set for 12 concerts, an additional one had to be added due to its popularity.

“We do not know how to express our gratitude for all your support, the atmosphere you create for us at the concerts and for all the beautiful words you say and write to us after the concerts,” the group posted on Instagram.
