The Spanish National Orchestra has today announced the appointment of 32 year old violinist Gjorgi Dimchevski as their new Concertmaster
The Spanish National Orchestra, in Madrid, Spain has today announced the appointment of 32 year old violinist Gjorgi Dimchevski as their new Concertmaster.
A graduate of the Toulouse Conservatory and the Cologne University of Music, where he studied with Blagoja Dimcevsky and Viktor Tretyakov, Gjorgi is a former 1st prize winner at the Belgrade and Perpignan International Violin Competitions.
He has served as Associate Concertmaster of the OCV Palau de Les Arts Orchestra in Valencia since 2007 - and in 2011 was invited to perform as Guest Concertmaster with the Israel Philharmonic, under Maestro Zubin Mehta.
