“Glazunov and Tchaikovsky are now available on Spotify, iTunes, Napster (just kidding) and any other major platform I am forgetting," Igor posted on Instagram. "I hope you take a moment and give it a listen. Such a major dream project isn’t possible without contribution from a group of incredible professionals.”

The grandson of the famed Soviet violinist Viktor Pikayzen, Igor is a graduate of The Juilliard School, the Yale School of Music, and the CUNY Graduate Center.

Among his accolades include first prize at the 2015 International Violin Competition Luis Sigall in Viña del Mar, and the Wronski International Violin Competition. Additionally, he was a silver medalist at the Szeryng and Kloster-Schöntal international violin competitions.

He has served on the faculty of Brooklyn Conservatory, and in 2019, was announced as Professor of Violin at the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver. Igor is also the founder of the annual summer music festival, Edelio.
