The Toronto Symphony has announced the appointment of 23-year-old Chinese violinist Zeyu Victor Li as its new Associate Concertmaster
The Toronto Symphony, in Canada, has this week announced the appointment of 23-year-old Chinese violinist Zeyu Victor Li as its new Associate Concertmaster - effective immediately.
A graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music, where he studied with Aaron Rosand and Ida Kavafian, Victor is a former prize winner at the Montreal and Menuhin International Violin Competitions.
He perviously performed as a section member with the New York Philharmonic.
The Toronto Symphony has also announced the appointment of violists Victor Fournelle-Blain and Rémi Pelletier as its new Principal and Associate Principal Violas.
