As a soloist, Korean-American violin virtuoso Sarah Chang performs with esteemed orchestras and conductors in an international career that has spanned more than two decades.
An avid chamber musician, she has collaborated with some of the best artists of our time, including Pinchas Zukerman, Yefim Bronfman, Yo-Yo Ma, Isaac Stern, and members of the Berlin Philharmonic.
The BBC Music Magazine said of her recording of Vivaldi's Four Seasons, "She has never made a finer recording."
Chang was given the honor of running with the Olympic Torch in New York for the June 2004 Olympic games and was the youngest recipient of the Hollywood Bowl's Hall of Fame award.
A recipient of the Avery Fisher Career Grant and Gramophone's "Young Artist of the Year," Chang is recognized as an official Artistic Ambassador by the United States Department of State.
